• What are the prices for custom orders?
  Pricing depends on size, colors, and quantity desired, and are different with every order. Use the price quote to contact us and get a quate based on your needs!
  
• Are your items safe? Do they contain any lead?
  All of our custom made and stock silicone bands are made of 100% pure silicone and non lead based dyes. Products also meet EN71, CPSIA, SGS standards. We do NOT recommend silicone rubber bands for children under the age of three (3), as they are a choking hazard, and suggest minimum age level as five (5) years old just to be safe.
  
• What is the minimum order quantity?
  Minimum order quantites for custom goods is 12000 bands. The best way to find out if we can help you, is fill out a quote request with your needs, and one of our sales representatives will reply at their earliest convenience!
  
• What are your payment terms for custom and wholesale bands?
  Due to the fast selling nature of bands, we require all new merchants and customers to pay in full prior to shipping for stock items and OEM branded packages. After 5 successful orders, we will move you to a NET15, and after 10 orders, will move you to a NET30. All custom orders must be paid in full prior to beginning manufacturing process, regardless of previous company relationship.
  
• How long will it take to receive our order?
  This really depends on your order itself - stock items that require no OEM branding will ship much faster then stock items with OEM branding due to print times, etc. Custom orders will be quoted a timeframe when received, based on design intricity, quantity, and shipping methods. Once your items have shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number from the company used to ship (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).
  
• What sort of payments do you accept?
  We accept payment online via Google Checkout. Google Checkout accepts all major credit cards, and is a safe and secure way to make instant payments online. We also accept checks from businesses, however, your order will not begin shipping (or manufacture for custom goods) until the check has cleared, and may delay your order process by up to two (2) weeks.
  
• What is your return policy?
  Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged due to manufacturer defect. We inspect each order, however, with sheer quantity of bands ordered, sometimes defective merchandise may get through the screen process. Before returning defects, however, realize that defective bands are often seen as extremely rare to collectors, as they may be a one of a kind band, and it increases the perceived value for trading and swapping. In order to start the return process, you will need to contact us and describe the problem, and how many bands were/are affected. A manufacturing defect does not include damage and breakage from stretching bands beyond their capabilities or items damaged on sales floor. For shipping related damages, again, please contact us to begin the process for making a claim through shipping providers - we do offer the option, and recommend delivery insurance for all orders.
  
• What are the shippings costs?
  Shipping costs vary per order depending on size, weight, and location package is being shipped to. Our customer service representatives will detail this in your quote request response.
  
• Can I use my own FedEx/UPS/DHL/Other account for shipping?
  Of course! Just let our representatives know of your desire to use your own shipping account, and provide us with the needed information to do so prior to us shipping your goods.
